All our items are original, brand new and in boxes. We send with "Interlogistika" company.

Orders for Bulgaria are delivered within 1 to 5 working days. A deviation from this deadline is possible when the quantities of the desired items are exhausted, if there are national holidays or other events and activities preventing the delivery to be carried out in the previously agreed time. If this becomes necessary, you will be notified in advance.

Couriers' working hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm, Orders received on Saturday are processed by couriers on Monday. Orders placed after 16:00 on a weekday are processed the next day. Please keep this in mind if you want the item to arrive on time. When an order is placed in our online store, we must contact you at the phone number specified during registration, to confirm the delivery address.

The ordered goods are delivered to the address specified by the customer by courier. Acceptance is made by the customer or a third party on his behalf, which person must be specified in advance by the customer, provided that he confirms the receipt and identity of the ordered goods and pays the delivery costs, as well as the price of the goods, using the specified payment methods.

Our online store works with the "cash on delivery" service (the cash on delivery fee is included in the cost of delivery and no additional payment is due). The customer assumes the obligation to provide access and the opportunity to receive the goods.
